安田陽

1989年3月、横浜国立大学工学部卒業。1994年3月、同大学大学院博士課程後期課程修了。博士（工学）。同年4月、関西大学工学部（現システム理工学部）助手。専任講師、助教授、准教授を経て2016年9月より京都大学大学院経済学研究科再生可能エネルギー経済学講座特任教授。現在の専門分野は風力発電の耐雷設計および系統連系問題。技術的問題だけでなく経済や政策を含めた学際的なアプローチによる問題解決を目指している。現在、日本風力エネルギー学会理事。電気学会風力発電システムの雷リスクマネジメント技術調査専門委員会委員長。IEA Wind Task25（風力発電大量導入）、IEC／TC88／MT24（風車耐雷）などの国際委員会メンバー。主な著作として「日本の知らない風力発電の実力」（オーム社）、翻訳書（共訳）として「洋上風力発電」（鹿島出版会）、「風力発電導入のための電力系統工学」（オーム社）など。

Eric Martinot

Professor at Beijing Institute of Technology School of Management and Economics, Center for Energy and Environmental Policy Research. He is an internationally recognized scholar, writer, and teacher on the subject of renewable energy. He is report author of the REN21 Renewables Global Futures Report, and was lead author until 2010 of the REN21 Renewables Global Status Report. He serves as senior research fellow with the Institute for Sustainable Energy Policies in Tokyo and adjunct professor with Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. He holds a Ph.D. in Energy and Resources from the University of California at Berkeley and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
